One of the most treasured items you can own or give is a piece of commissioned artwork. Carla loves to create tailored compositions using words that are important to you--or someone you know. She transforms them into a "word picture" using calligraphy, watercolor, collage and other art media and techniques.

All of her work is done on specialty papers using various types of pigments. Her artwork is of the highest quality. Each creation has a different “personality,” depending on the color palette, artistic style and wording that make up the piece.

The cost is based on the size and complexity of the final artwork. You receive the original piece and Carla retains copyright ownership, unless otherwise negotiated.
